Try to explain the bug in as much detail as possible: - what where you doing or trying to do at that moment - at what point in game did it happen - what where you pressing (or not pressing) - other useful info so we can recreate the bug and fix it

Delete your data
If you want to delete your personal data, game account or any other form of data we collected from you, you can use the form below.
Please specify the data you want us to delete. You will receive a confirmation mail when we began the process of deleting the data.
After the defined period of 7 days for any personal data and 30 days for game account data the deletion process will be complete and the data will be completely erased. If you respond to the confirmation mail sent by us for starting the deletion process you can immediately start the deletion of your data, regardless of the defined periods.
To prevent any accidental deletion of game accounts there is a time window of 30 days where you can cancel the deletion of your game account data.
All data and deletion process will be done acording to state regulatory laws and GDPR.
